Refund & Terms of Use

Here at Emo Matrix, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Our refund policy has just no fuss.  It is a seamless refund process including the booking amount if we are not able to deliver your services. Once the service is delivered either counseling, consulting, certification, classes then please understand that we already have invested in you and therefor we will not be able to process your refund. 

 

However, we will always be happy to consider the especial cercumstances and human condition [ we strongly believe in Karma ] and wanted to see you happy as ever so if we make an exception it will take 45 - 60 days.
